Program has detailed descriptions and photos for each exercise. There are graduated levels: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 so you can progress at your own pace. A 10 minute high definition video for Level 1 so you can follow along and get coaching on the best technique for each exercise. It shows you exactly what to do in 10 minutes. Once you do it a few times you’ll have it. There is a warm-up, 10 foundation exercises which cover flexibility, strength, and cardio elements, and a cool-down.
